I dig into your policy, the claim, the adjuster's reports, and the carrier's position. This is where 30 years of knowing how insurance companies think pays off — I spot what they're hiding.
Your Decision, Fully Informed
I present the real equation to you. NEED × RISK × VALUE OF YOUR TIME. You decide how hard you want to fight — not me. I make sure you have everything you need to make that call clearly.
We Negotiate
I take over the tedious, stressful back-and-forth with the carrier. Adjusters, attorneys, mediators — I've been in those rooms on both sides. You focus on your life; I focus on the fight.
Resolution — On Terms You Chose
Whether through settlement, mediation, or litigation, we resolve your case. And because we made decisions together with honest information, you'll know it was the right call — whatever the outcome.
Most cases are handled on a contingent fee basis.
That means you pay nothing to get started. No retainer, no hourly billing. I get paid when you get paid — which means my incentive is completely aligned with yours. If we don't win, you owe me nothing.
